we all love to
fly safely
This website went active 9-3-2025. I am making improvements to it every week.
Aircraft for Sale Be sure to have any aircraft you're considering to buy be inspected by a highly qualified mechanic in that Make and Model.
For Sale Aerostar
[Pictured Aerostar is not for sale] An Aerostar, maintained to high standards by a shop which specializes in these models, is a JOY to fly! Push/pull tubes operate the primary flight controls make this "looker" feel like a sports car. Aerostar models range from the non-turbocharged to the turbo-charged but not pressurized to the pressurized. I have more than 2700 hours flying numerous Aerostar models and know where a low-time one may be had.
Piper Meridian
After flying for Piper as a Production Test pilot for a few years, I enjoyed flying this Meridian, based near Vero Beach, to the Bahamas, Fargo, North Dakota and other places.
I continue to provide training in Piper’s single-piston engine, pressurized, Mirage, their turbine-powered, pressurized 260 knot Meridians as well as the newer M600 and Piper’s latest model, the 300 knot M700.
Cessna 421C
[Pictured C421C is not for sale]
But, I know where, in Florida, you can find a C421C which is in the process of getting upgraded avionics, that is for sale.
Training:
I continue to provide initial and recurrent training in C340s & 414s and recurrent training to pilots in Cessna 421s. I implore you that when you’re looking to purchase a C340 or C414 you ensure that the engines have the NB suffix.
Why would a pilot decide to use a Flight Instructor who has flown more than 50 different models of single and twin-engine aircraft, has more than 16,000 flying hours and has given more than 6000 hours of flight instruction, passes a 1st class medical every year and continues to enjoy flying and teaching?
I demonstrate a lot of patience while instructing pilots who desire to learn. I understand why a pilot has difficulties in basic flying skills and/or instrument flying and with my experience am able to point out how to correct any deficiencies they have.
When flying with me you may hear – “stop it from getting worse, then return it back to where you want it”. The (it) could be altitude, airspeed, heading or course.
You many hear me say “work toward perfection” so that, when you miss perfection, the outcome still puts you into the excellent category.
Background of Pre-Purchase Inspections. I talked to a pilot, some years back, who purchased an airplane and found out after the purchase, that he would need to put nearly the same amount of money into correcting corrosion as he did in the purchase price.
